Review | Makeup Revolution Chocolate Palettes

Makeup Revolution Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palettes
Makeup Revolution Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palettes

Makeup Revolution offer an amazing selection of products at affordable prices and these eyeshadow palettes are no exception. I just love them. Not only is the packaging adorable because they look like white, milk and dark chocolate bars but the array of shadows hidden inside really are a treat.

Three palettes are available which each have 16 eyeshadow's inside them. Most of them are neutral toned so are perfect for girls like me who choose to wear neutral eye makeup instead of colours and believe me you are spoilt for choice here. It would be really difficult to pick just one palette as they are all so beautiful. Any of these palettes could be used to create both day and evening looks.

Let's take a closer look at them:

*I = Makeup I Heart Chocolate | £7.99

Makeup Revolution Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palettes

This palette has a lot of rich earthy tones which includes a mixture of brown, bronze, burgundy, peach and green as well as a bright pink which looks a little out of place if I'm honest but is very pretty all the same. There is a good mixture of matte and shimmery shades so you can easily achieve different looks and the eyeshadows are all soft, smooth and blend beautifully.

I = Makeup Naked Chocolate | £7.99

The white chocolate or 'Naked' palette contains slightly lighter shades which are a little more pink/peach toned. There are also a couple of lilac shades in there too which are very pretty. Again there is a mixture of both matte and shimmery shades.

I = Makeup Death By Chocolate | £7.99

The last palette in this collection contains more metallic shades but still in a mixture of mattes and shimmery colours. Some colours are earthy where as others are more silver/lilac/purple toned.

All of these palettes are good quality and the colours are gorgeous. You can't go wrong with any of them!

  2. I love that packaging and that seems a really good price!

  3. I am really happy that Makeup Revolution provides close alternatives to high-budget products. I mean, not every one can spend too much on a single palette. So, close alternatives along with quality is actually very nice of the brand.
