I'm a big fan of lavender and I'm always drawn to products that have this as a fragrance, no matter what it is. This is actually what made me look twice at these bath salts by Neal's Yard.

Lavender is a sweet, calming fragrance and is the most versatile and widely used of all the essential oils. It is great for a number of things including repairing and protecting the skin (ideal for sun burn), calming inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis and also soften, soothe and tone the skin. It is great to use on acne prone skin due to it's antiseptic properties as well as cuts, scrapes, insect bites and stings plus, lavender is calming, relaxing and just smells lovely. It is one of my favourite frgrances and it has many other uses than the ones I have listed here.

The Neal's Yard French lavender bath salts are stored in a medium sized blue tub and come with a little plastic scoop so it is easy to get the quantity you want. I usually use 2-3 heaped scoops in my bath and not only is it relaxing but my skin feels nourished and the bathroom smells amazing. I have also been known to simply sit with the tub and smell the bath salts as they are so relaxing and calming although they are pretty strong!

I love these bath salts so much I even bought these for my mum recently for her birthday who is also a big fan of lavender. I think this product is something everyone should have on the side of their bath for those days when you really need some relaxation and pampering.

Would you try Neal's Yard Lavender Bath Salts?
